Profile

Snohomish County real estate is one of the best investments you can make - Seattle growth is headed north.  Snohomish County is in the path of most of the growth.

For this reason, I specialize in apartment & retail commercial investment real estate in western Snohomish County; Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Lynnwood and Mill Creek -- these cities are suburbs just north of Seattle, Washington, USA.  This area north of Seattle houses the Largest Boeing plant in the world which is located in Everett, WA  and also is home to the Abraham Lincoln Aircraft Carrier and the Navy in the Port of Everett, WA.  Additionally, I work in the area of providing brokerage services for Adult Family Homes in Snohomish and King County.

The newest aircraft product from Boeing, the 787, is being developed, engineered and assembled in Everett, WA.  The 787 will positively impact the surrounding economy and real estate investments that are located near these engineering and assembly plants in and around Everett, WA

I also work with warehouse & land investments internationally in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.  A sample warehouse is featured in the pictures below:
