This travel service often beats the "big boys" like Expedia, etc.
Also, if you are interested in becoming a travel agent yourself you can enjoy
discounts on hotels, upgrades on flights and car rentals, etc. The travel
industry makes many bargains and amenities available to travel agents. I
have regularly received 40-50% discounts on hotel rooms simply by asking "do you
offer discounts to travel agents?" and then presenting my Global Travel
International travel agent card. Occasionally I receive free upgrades to
first class on flights and often I receive free upgrades on car rentals.
Also, you receive travel commissions when you become an agent and
others book their travel (flights, hotels and rental cars as well as
cruises) through your site or call the agency directly for
information and provide your PIN number -- you then receive the
credit for the referral.
Here is what is fairly compelling to me; I receive great prices
on travel (often less than Expedia and Hotels.com) and I receive
commissions on my own travel as well as that of others while doing
very little work other than referring people to my website or having
them call the inside travel sales team at Global Travel.
