Profile

International Real Estate over the next decade will continue to make money for investors.  Especially hot is Eastern Europe and Real Estate in Romania in particular.  Romania has very low labor costs and affordable real estate.  This is a good combination for investors to make money -- Western Europe and the US are moving to Romania for manufacturing and "off-shoring" in record numbers.  Also, Romania is slated for entry into the European Union in 2007.  This will have a very positive effect in Romania's economy.
