Robert M. Burns has been engaged in marketing and ownership of investment real estate for 20 years. Robert's extensive background provides his clients with skills in analysis of investments and negotiating skills that help his clients attain higher return on investment (ROI) yields. Additionally, Robert has developed and maintains a comprehensive database of virtually every apartment investment (4 Units and up), adult family homes, and retail investments of (500,000 and up) in the SW Snohomish County area. Robert also works with investors on international real estate investments in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Robert's experience includes starting the business in 1986 and working at one of the leading national investment real estate firms: Marcus & Millichap in their Palo Alto, California office as well as their Bellevue, Washington office. He has also specialized in the local apartment & retail markets with small local brokerage firms since 1992.  Robert has been an Associate with Mr. 99 & Associates since 1997.
