Robert's real estate experience includes starting the business in 1986 and working at one of the leading national investment real estate firms: Marcus & Millichap in their Palo Alto, California office as well as their Bellevue, Washington office. He has also specialized in the local apartment & retail markets with small local brokerage firms since 1992. Robert was an Associate with Mr. 99 & Associates from 1997 to 2008. Robert joined Connect Realty.com, Inc. in 2008. Robert also has been successful in the network marketing business since the mid-90's. Network marketing has been a business that continues to provide monthly checks to Robert to this day from marketing activities that were conducted more than ten years back in some cases. This is an exciting and powerful way to increase your income. It provides leverage, residual income and diversification of your income. This is particularly important for Realtors as a hedge when a market changes - as it has in 2009 in real estate.
